Scruffins

We waited to bring a fur baby for years, until the timing was right and we had the time and space to give to our dog. Sweet Paws Rescue was amazing, and our adoption coordinator found us our perfect pet! Scruffins was left behind on a plot of land in Alabama after his owners moved. When a new property owner moved in with their double wide mobile home, Scruffins found his way underneath their home to stay cool, and ended up chewing through the bottom, making the new home owner very angry. Luckily, this angry person called a Sweet Paws Rescue volunteer to come pick him up, but threatened that if she didn't come quick he would kill poor Scruffins!! Thankfully, Scruffins was rescued and then brought up to Massachusetts and has been the greatest addition to our family! We are so happy to give Scruffins all the love he deserves and more! He loves other dogs, playing with his toys, treats and belly rubs and running around outside! No idea how anyone could leave behind this sweet baby! Thank you Sweet Paws!
